i watched the video and liked, great work
but i still don't get how this plugin works, who roll the dice? admins? players? and this is every round? all the time? plz explain

You don't know the original plugin? All players can roll it every 180 seconds by default. This is all changeable in the .ini file.

It's there, but the sound and name are changed. It's now known as "jetplane". You can easily change it if you want.

It has gravity too, but you can easily disable it via cvar.
