If this were to become possible, it would take very long for it to become public. It would be a project like Lysis Decompiler.

It's not a particularly useful link, it just says what I was too lazy to explain myself!

That said, if you know both AMX Mod X and SourceMod, it shouldn't be too hard to convert from one to the other since the source code's logic and syntax is already laid out in front of you.
