I didn't look it over, I don't like looking at obfuscated code.
You should never accept compiled plugins though, always compile them yourself.
Even on the am site, I think it's kind of bad that people post smx files, even with source provided...
The web compiler should work better though. Mabye have a list of popular/common includes, or allow people to upload project files with appropriate file structures to allow the web compiler to build the binary, while also allowing all of those files to be browsable.

I know what you mean, man. I personally don't use the links to get the SMX file. I download the source, run through it and compile it myself, just to be safe.

As for the refund if its not robot thats reviewing our case, i should probably just send paypal this link so they make sure he is well known scammmer.
I would kindly ask moderators to not take any action on this thread as it is essential proof for paypal conflict with this person.

You should ask people writing SM plugins for you for their forum account - it's then obvious if they're using a throwaway account or are banned, this is much saner than maintaining any kind of list.
