[already done] modify ignore/mute plugin

Hi,

I'm looking for someone that can modify this plugin for me: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=198385

command should only be (other commands should be stipped/deleted):

Code:

/ignore
!ignore

-> opens a menu.
->menu:

Code:

1. Ignore single (close menu auto.)
2. Ignore multiple (don't close)
3. ignore everyone/all (close menu auto.)

new menu with all players that are currently on the server

Code:

1. Playername
2. Playername
3. Playername
...
8. back
9. next
0.close

-> for single + multiple chat output =

Code:

"{#FFD800}[{#A7E741}Ignore{#FFD800}] {TEAM}playername {GREEN}is now muted for you"

, everyone =

Code:

"{#FFD800}[{#A7E741}Ignore{#FFD800}] {GREEN}You have muted everyone for you"

... not sure about the text for everyone :/ sounds wrong.
-> admins (defaut "b" flag) are excluded from list or "grayed" out so you can not click on his name
-> need a cvar for flag (server.cfg)
-> players should also be able to target players without opening menu:

/ignore bob
/ignore @all
etc.

I've seen this similar plugin around on a few CS:Source servers and am currently looking for it. Anyone have any idea where I can find? A simple !ignore brings up a menu with player names to mute. Usable by all players to mute people annoying them.
