Left 4 Dead 1's L4Downtown is 0.3.1, yet it asks for 4.2, but thats for l4d2...logic?

You can use overrides to change the access restrictions for commands, you can see more about how to do so @ Overriding Command Access (Sourcemod).

Hello all,

Im admin in one public server - Alserv2000, old about 4 years. We got a lot of plugin installed in our Versus server 6/6, and still trying find bugs- exploits, and fix some game issues.
We also got a !ready plugin, and it works fine by years, but some maps got issues.
In second map of sacrifice, in time when players load 1st round, saferoom doors are opened, survivor bots are out from saferoom, and all SI start atack, in time when players still oad in game.
Im only regular admin in game, and dont have authority to change or install plugins, but i explore bugs and issues.
