Hello all, i have a problem with the command sm_rename with a csgo server, i use the last sourcemod.

When i put ex: sm_rename playername to other name, in chat i have confirmation message to change but the only name displayed for the player after change is the word name..

ex: sm_rename dom77 test ==> name.

help please, thanks..

GoD-Tony said that there is now a SetClientName native in the latest SM 1.8 snapshots hence i assume the sm_rename would work if you use 1.8 snapshot

This is also in 1.7.1-dev snapshots too as of just now.

Renaming has been broken in CS:S since the Orangebox port, and in CS:GO since release. It should now work for these and continue to work fine for all other games.
