Latest Steam updates issue.

I've noticed that after applying the latest steam updates I now have a delay of a few seconds when switching between CS 1.6 and other windows/programs.

Does this happen to anyone else?

sure i have more programms running but i hve the problem after newest update for l4d. btw i dont have this game & i dont play it. after l4d update, i have laggs on my 1.6

everyday is there a new update for l4d but nothing for 1.6 server engine.
this is why STEAM SUX

Just CS and steam friends was open.

Btw, I only get the delay while connected to an online server.

I'll test again to see if I still get it.
