Other way around, my bad. Try new_berserker = read_data(1).

Seems like connor beat me to it ^^

Also, make sure that killer is not victim, and that killer is a player and is alive.

You have a error. iKiller has no value. is_user_alive(iKiller) allways return false. You are question if the attacker is alive. Why? If he kills anyone he must be alive.. else if he drop a HE bomb, he dead and the HE kills the berseker. But i guess that when anyone kill the berseker the server will restart ...

You have to try this:

It doesn't work. when i kill a berserker, i did not become the berserker
