you should put #define Long_Cmd 0 else 1 for amx_restart <times> <delay> <message>

amx_restart <times> <delay> <message>

Too simple and the code is kinda "uhh" and familiar. For example you could've just done switch(get_cvar_num("amx_show_activity"))

you meen set_pcvar_string(). that is for 1.8
I tested on 1.76c...

the simple is allways the best...

It would be more logic to use set_pcvar_num or set_pcvar_float.
There's no point using set_pcvar_string.
