Xampp 1.7.1 Homemade FTP (Fast Download Server)

Hello to you all !! - I have just created myself my own fast download server useing xampp !

Though i'm a littled worried, 1) There is no impact on the game server when downloading custom content, as a completely separate HTTP content server does the transfer, (source) : http://create-server.com/tutorials/1...r-servers.html. My kz server is on the same computer as the fast download I created, Now my question, while haveing the kz server RUNNING + Fast download RUNNING, Will player experiense frezzings/laggs because other players is downloading from my fast download server ?

Well I did try it, first time = Working, Second time : go laggy or something. but it does not matter, I have just reinstalled windows so.. I don't need the "homemade" fast dl.

NOT only Xampp, But u can also do it by using WindowsXP default Web Server(IIS).

But When you use same system & same bandwidth for HLDS & HTTP/FTP, Sure its going to LAGG.

It will NOT LAGG only if ur UPLOAD bandwidth is HIGHER than HLDS Consumption.

But its better to host it on separate System with Separate Bandwidth.

TRY THIS (NOTE: I didnt TRIED)..

Why did you agree with their Terms Of Service if you didn't even bother to read them?
