Since this is the only plugin filling up my log files with what I've posted above I'm removing it. Tomorrow will be a month since I last posted the error log and still no fix or even acknowledgement of the error by the author.

Same thing here, log files a plenty. How do you report these broken plugins so they don't show up in search?
