Hey, it's downloading the file on the server , but I have a weird problem. Some of the players [Including myself] cant hear the song and some can. I tried to change the soundlib , checked settings and everything but nothing helps. If anyone knows anything about this please help me.
Edit:
It's a CSGO server. I tested on a test server with no plugins but this and it doesn't work for me there [And works for my friend] so it's not because of another plugin.

I cant seem to find the link to download the actual sounds this plugin plays?

Is there a zipped up archive please someone could post up?

I have found the welcome.wav from the original plugin, but the author has not included the required sound files in the plugin details on page one?

Best is to make sounds by yourself

I've managed to improvise from some old misc sounds in one of my old gold games.

I compressed them and tried to upload, but file to large....

Have been getting some errors and I am unsure as to what to do or how to fix them.

I am using the latest 1.10MM snapshot and latest SM 1.7.3 snapshot -- saysounds.smx is latest version.... (but the errors refer to a sourcemod 1.4.6 - linux file in the coding) -- I am on a Windows server so I don't know what that is about....

Code:
L 09/11/2015 - 14:07:51: [SM] Native "GetUserFlagBits" reported: Client 2 is not connected
L 09/11/2015 - 14:07:51: [SM] Displaying call stack trace for plugin "saysounds.smx":

Code:

L 09/05/2015 - 19:29:45: [SM] Native "GetUserFlagBits" reported: Client 10 is not connected

Requesting that the soundlib extension be updated to allow using GetSoundLength on steampipe/custom folder files. Without it, servers that use the custom folder for it's files cannot access the length of the sound files.

SAY SOUNDS x2 VOLUME

Hey so, I've never posted onto this forum before, but I'm a computer science student and I've got my own server now so I took this plugin and made one VERY SMALL adjustment. I made it where it plays sounds twice no matter what. (which obviously makes it much much louder)

I'm sure there are better ways to do this, and everything but if anyone is interested here it is:

ALSO, in response to someone asking why you're getting all these compilation errors. It's because for SOME reason the sp file won't compile with the newest version of sourcemod. In fact I had to go back to Sourcemod version 4547 to get it to compile as anything newer threw tons of errors.

Enjoy (or not).... ummm and if this is against rules or anything I'm sorry, please don't strike against me, I'm obviously not trying to take credit for this plugin, I just made a small tweak cuz the volume was super soft when I tried it.
Attached Files
File Type: sp Get Plugin or Get Source (saysounds.sp - 115 views - 82.2 KB)
File Type: smx saysounds.smx (38.6 KB, 97 views)

No sourcecode provided. Upload it to stick to the rules please
