WHAT RANK? There is no rank in that picture. It shows the player HP, which is from the beta update of CS.

What rank default cs doesn't have a ranking system only the amxmodx you can't add more columns because scoreboard is hard coded inside the engine.

These columns can only hold numerical values. You can still show rank position from csstats though.

No, probably the column text is just formatted in engine.

It's the same as the standard money display on your HUD - it shows the money with a $ symbol, but you can only change the numerical value of it. Even if someone made a plugin that modifies the values, only those few people who downloaded the beta client will be able to see them, plus you will need to use the beta HLDS as well.
