Honestly, this might be the dumbest and most unique request I have ever witnessed in my 8 years in this forum. I had the urge to login and comment.

The previous plugin should be a 5 minute ban. If you want to make it 5 hours, change 5 to 300

"amx_ban*[user]*5*You*Lost"*

to
"amx_ban*[user]*500 You*Lost"*

I would need a ban for like 5 hours so not a permanent ban.
The cvar handles the amount,

PHP Code:
Punish register_cvar"tt_punish_type""amx_ban [user] 5 You Lost" );

Usage:  amx_ban <name or #userid> <minutes> [reason]
so '5' means, 5 minutes.
If you want 5 hours you'll need to change the value to 300.

Why?

Think if i have tournament everyday? Why do i need to ban people manually? Its better to do it automaticly
