"Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index."

What does that mean, I have never touched it, and when I want to add admins I use admin_simple.ini

That's a bug, and it's been fixed in 2.5.6.

This program doesn't support using the simple admin system (although I plan on writing an importer for the simple admin system sometime in the future).

When I say source, I mean the source code for the program.

nvm, I don't think it was the program's fault. I tried to edit one that had the basic in it. I instead created a new one, and well it worked fine. By the way will I be needing the admins_simple.ini???

No. admins_simple.ini is a substitute for admins.cfg & admin_groups.cfg.

You can use both, but I strongly recommend that you pick one or the other.

I think this program would be great for me, but I can't use it. Whenever I try to open the group config (admin_groups.cfg) I get an error. This does not happen with admins.cfg. The error is in dutch so I'm going to post the most important things.

English: There has been an unprocessed... (blabla)
Length can't be less than zero.
Parametername: length.

Dutch (Full):
Er is een onverwerkte uitzondering opgetreden in de toepassing. Als u op doorgaan klikt, wordt deze fout genegeerd en gaat de toepassing verder.

Could you post your admin_groups.cfg? The "length can't be less than zero" error could be lots of different things, but I have a feeling that you have an empty key or value somewhere in your file.
