Using this plugin, players glow in shells according to their HP

Suppose PlayerA aims at PlayerB, it will make PlayerB glow only for PlayerA.

If PlayerB has HP b/w 100 and 75 - He will glow green
If PlayerB has HP b/w 75 and 50 - He will glow Blue
If PlayerB has HP b/w 50 and 20 - He will glow Yellow
If PlayerB has HP less than 25 - He will glow red
