Think i found the problem!
My "gamemode_casual_server.cfg" had mp_limitteams "2" set.
Changed it to mp_limitteams "0"

Since I don't use MyJailbreak, I didn't tested this plugin (by theory, is working).

This plugin just shows when an Event Day is activated/desativated, using the new HUD.
It shows different colors based if is activated/desativated.

CVARs

• sm_newhud_events_enable (1 by default): Enables the plugin;

You can find this cvar in cfg/sourcemod/sm_newhud_events.cfg

Since shanapu already saw this plugin, probably will be useless in the next version.

Btw. you don't need "Test Messages" (1.0.0) by Keith Warren (Drixevel) - it's just an APi test plugin.
And you use an old/buggy version of "SM_Hosties v2" (2.2.0) by databomb & dataviruset & comando - latest version is 2.2.3

When sm_freeday_firstround "1" the first round(s) are freeday - if only one team has player, the freeday repeats until both teams have player.
When smartjaildoors is not installed or the map is not configured in smartjaildoors, on freeday all players will be teleported to CT-Spawn. And here is where I done a mistake. I forgot to handle player collision on freeday. I will push an fix as soon as possible.
Workround: install/configure SJD.

ok, I found a rar bug on first round FreeDay, which set maptime to 1, but i can't reproduce it reliably.

After the update, the hands are gone, without the plug-in Warden everything works fine =(
