Hi guys! I downloaded SteamCMD, installed the CS GO server, sourcemod and metamode there. I installed plugin Pug Setup there, for mode 5 to 5. The server starts, everything is OK. But when you start playing, some lags begin periodically, especially noticeably at the end of the round, the game just hangs a little.
I think, all this is due to the value of VAR in net_graph. It is ~ 0.3 and reaches 1 - 2 when it lags.
Often in the console I see this inscription: CCLCMsg_VoiceData rejected by msg bind <X bytes>.
Idk what it is.
I started the server on Windows.

How to make more CPU power exactly for this task?
I have 4 cores, the frequency of each 2.30 GHz. With turbo frequency it can reach up to 4 GHz. How can I allocate one core for the server?
