What about setting it up to 280? I'm talking about the hours played in steam profile.
because below 300 hours mostly people are non prime and shits. they create problem for other players playing on the server.

That is quite a pessimistic way to think about it and quite the stereotypical generalization. You would likely be scaring away more good players than bad ("good" and "bad" not in the sense of skill but in general).

Well,
The people here don't misses their chances testing hacks with fresh accounts on community server. It would be a battleground/Automix server so people won't mind actually.

What about a limit of at least of a 100 hours minimum not 300? Mostly people with fresh accounts hacks and rage and the server gets empty of that one person.
