EDIT:

ENABLING GOTV WILL FIX YOUR SERVER.

I've tested on all of mine.

Simply add in your server.cfg :

tv_enable 1
tv_delay 30
tv_advertise_watchable 1

No need to disable any extensions or plugins anymore.

Seems like valve cucked us once again, GOTV is now a must.

i have 10 servers only 1 crash, my server arenas crash and you what server crash?

Syndicate Gamers zombie escape server, it crashes on map change, i have this issue aswell, we're allowed to only play the default map.

FYI I'm running servers on both Windows and Linux and they are both crashing constantly.

yes now all my servers crash only map change :/

As zeddy mentioned, is a sourcemod issue. So basically just a sourcemod update required or a csgo update to fix sourcemod.

Does it occur for stock SM server?
Might be gamedata or specific exts.

After testing, I can find this:

These extensions when removed, server works fine:

dhooks
topmenus
steamworks

Seems to be an issue with these. Hope there's a fix soon as a lot of my plugins use these.
