Plugin - gain health on kill

Hey hey!

I'm searching this forum for a plugin that makes you automatically gain 20hp everytime you kill someone. Searched all over, couldn't find.

I searched for keywords:
gain health
health bonus
health on death
health on kill

I even randomly browsed the sourcemod Approved Plugins and New Plugins, reading the titles one by one.

nothing.

Is there such a plugin?

If you check, there's a section for plugin requests and ideas. Perfect place to ask if this plugin exists or not.

I thought that Plugin Requests and Ideas was for requesting the creation of plugins.

I figured I would ask here if this plugin exists first. And if not, then request it on the other section.
