Hi!

Thanks for your help. I found one wrong thing more in my skinchooserdownloads.ini and now the Girls and Soyjet Skin are fine! Thanks for this again!

But with the Axis model i have not found what is going on. I found that i have this five files but i think there is missing one:

materials/models/player/fsb/german/german_admin_body.vmt
materials/models/player/fsb/german/german_admin_body.vtf
materials/models/player/fsb/german/german_admin_gear.vmt
materials/models/player/fsb/german/german_admin_gear.vtf
materials/models/player/fsb/german/german_admin_gear_normal.vtf

Do i not need a german_admin_gear_normal.vmt ? I have download the model again but there is not this file include. Or i think bad.
I think maybe i have do a wrong thing by compile the model but i do not know what.

Yes it looks like the german_admin_gear_normal.vmt file is missing.
I checked the compressed file you linked and no files exists.

Possibly if you have seen the skin in use on another server
you could connect and download it to your own client.

Generally if skins are not working:
a missing or corrupt file
error in the skinchooserdownloads.ini
error in the skins.ini

Thanks for the help. Was waiting for a reply and you were just the right person. I found out some details just for you guys to know. I really want a skins plugin, just can't get them to work.
- The map didn't matter about the crash.
- I disabled each plugin 1 by 1, And i left alone the Skins plugin, Still Crashed. So 100% The skinchooser plugin is crashing for me. I have no idea why though.
- I am hosting a MiniGames Server.
- If i can post any other detail in any way please let me know.
I really want to get this to work

If anyone has teamviewer, Please add me on steam (virus2337) and message me, I really want to get this to work and i would like a professional to come check my FTP plugins and all that. Just to get this skin to work. This would be a huge support to my server =) thanks!

First of all you are using MANI , disable it.
Remove all plugins to sourcemod/plugins/disabled but let all of the SM-oringinal plugins in you pluginsfolder.
The errors you posted are not coming from sm_skinchooser , so setup you sm-installation correct and than test again.......

Alright, I disabled Mani. I removed all plugins from Sourcemod/plguins/disabled. I re-set up my skinchooser and fixed almost everything. I join, Choose a model, Crash after death. Heres the new console log. Also for the configs folder, I just drag the folder inside addons/sourcemod/configs. Not files 1 by 1 , just the folder. <--- thats what i did if its wrong please let me know.

ok i have All Files in the SM_SKINCHOOSER PACKAGE 2.3 in my SourcemodFolder,

all materials and models are correct and their download paths are correct "the original plugin used to work fine" , however when my admins go in they can be seen using the admin skins fine, we can NOT see regular players "they are invisable"..... our regular players have no skins just default game skins but again, they cant be seen in game with this plugin active.

why is this?

Absolutely brilliant! I finally have 1 plugin handling all of my skins. Thanks a million times thanks!

I use this plugin to swap teams after every round and after each team swap every player has standard game skins for the few seconds before the next round starts. This seems to be the way with every skin plugin i have used except thetwistedpanda's 'Auto Skin' which seems to give players the correct skin immediately after the swap.

Is this possible with this plugin or is it something that could be implemented? I hate seeing those default skins even if it is just for a few seconds
