Please explain more, do you want to hide your admins if they are in spectator?

I'm guessing he wants to hide admins from showing up in the spectator list.

Alternative just use a SourceTV and join it to spectate the cheat and its a delay so you can get the "cheat" moment again if you wasnt in the TV

on my servers is disabled SourceTv
