Sourcebans Ban

Hey what is the command for banning a player via console when you have sourcebans installed? I can ban via the website but if I write sm_ban in console it said unknown command.. I need the cvar so I can make my own custom menu for banning people cause my sourcebans and 2 of my friends have no option in admin menu (sm_ban doesn't work for them either)

You have any logs? Permissions properly set to bring up the !admin menu?

no cause that was a bug report then all my friends who tried it have the same problem so it's obviously not a bug it's just the way its meant to be?? Or is it?? No one is answering me on how it is supposed to work.. are you supposed to type manually in console (if so what is the command)? Or do you have to use the website it is very unclear to me..

also I still wanna know what the command should be in console! Is it sm_ban or what is it.. Cause if I know that and try using it and it doesnt work then I know its something wrong but I can't even find the commands for it..
