Remove Payload Cart [TF2]

Would anybody be able to whip me up a plugin or give me a pointer on as to how to delete the payload cart entities? My Hightower server is popping off and no carts is heavily requested, ty & much love!

Would I be able to use this to remove payload carts on maps like hightower?
