CS 1.6 Problem showing servers

Hello, my CS deleted all of my servers from favorites, so i just add them back, now it's showing only a few servers, others just disappear and if i refresh multiple times they show up but refresh again and they're gone, if i add the IP it shows, refresh and it's gone, i verified the files and now i'm reinstalling, is there any fix for this issue? becouse i doubt reinstalling will fix this :S

Now it's installing incorrectly, first it installed HL1 with no CS (When i clearly started downloading CS 1.6), deleted it, reinstalled, didn't installed 5018 files for some reason, now it is, it's annoying and weird :/

As for your favorites issue; which I may be in the wrong here, but it I believe it had to do with how many times the server would allow a query for that information. A while back it was that if you used the steam client browser and refreshed the list and a server didn't come up and after you launched the game and browsed from the in-game browser it would not show despite it being actually added. Don't recall if this was something you could adjust on your end but had to be done on the server's end. Hopefully someone knows more or better information than I.

The thing is that i didn't had this issue before, one night i opened the game and all the servers i got added were deleted, added them again and this problem started

I had this problem before. You can retrieve your added servers checking the steam servers browser. It works like game server browser.
"Windows Key + R" and execute "steam://open/servers".
It will show every server u added, and offline servers too. Make a backup and add them again.
