You are not supposed to just copy paste the cvars like that, almost never does anyone post it in the topic to be properly used... They are just indications of what to do with cvars or tell you the default values. In this case cheap_suit is using D to say these are the default vaules of the cvars.

Please learn how to use cvars properly.

ie.
amx_bulletwhizz 1
amx_bulletwhizz_dis 50

cvar value

never
cvar <> blah blah
unless its commented out with // or ; like (commenting means anything after those symbols is not read)
cvar value //blah blah blah
"" quotations are only needed if the cvar has spaces or is irregular (generally when its not just a simple number)

up the distance and try again... if you don't hear it at like 200 then you are doing something wrong, ie the plugin is not loading...

amx_plugins in console shows it running, and the sounds d/l for everyone who joins. I will up the distance and see what happens.

Well I just played for 10 kills I heard one different sound played twice. Are these supposed to be heard often? I was in close range, mid and long range fights and only heard one sound played twice.

Maybe you are not picking up some of the sounds cause few of them are suttle, ie if you are spaying your weapon you probably won't hear some of the sounds.

I can't seem to get it to work. I put all the files in the correct places, the plugin is loading but in console on map change none of the sounds load up.
