This plugin is old and does not support tf2.

After valve introduced offical hats into tf2 this plugin basically became redundant overnight, at least for tf2

Can't find anywhere in the first three pages where the .txt file with particle list goes. sourcemod/configs/ or cfg/sourcemod? elsewhere? Thanks kindly.
