How can I enable SourceTV in csgo ?

find tv_
you get your answer

Also, have a look at this thread, alot of the tv_ cvars are locked.
To unlock use sm_cvar tv_xxxxxx to unlock.

Using sm_cvar will get your SourceTV on the server but it will not be functional.

Guess we have to wait for an update from valve.
