Please, for once, make some effort!

After you do that, you add all the flags that you want to have limited ban lengths individually. This is not hard to do if you use a little common sense.

How can i change this:
Immunity admins (flag 'a') can only be banned by other immunity admins (flag 'L').

So i have head admin on server, and they have L flag, so what i would like, that they can only ban immunity with flag 'a' and no one else.

Appreciate for help.

That doesn't make sense. You want have a head admin that can't ban regular people on the server? Or, do you mean you just want a head admin that can't be banned by immunity players but can ban other immunity players?

I don't understand !
Why fucking head admin with flag L need to ban fucking admin with immunity flag a ? Then remove him then ban him come on newbies.
