[REQ] Spectator Mode

Hi, I'm requesting a spectator mode for an old mod that was made for WON, before spectator mode was implemented into a newer SDK version. This is a WON mod that I'm running on Steam and using a won2steam ID converter to fix WONID to STEAMID. This is a Half-Life 1 Deathmatch mod. Thanks for any help.

There's no need to convert WONID to SteamID.
