Unfortunately, that's the "norm" here and it sucks. Over the years, I've just accepted that no feedback IS feedback. If users don't say anything, I just assume the feature works.

Still, a positive feedback would also be motivating, since negative feedback just makes maintaining my work seem like a chore rather than a hobby that I enjoy. :/

A very shocking fact, it took me a long time to know how to check the replies, because there is not even an in-site prompt, until now I regularly check a specific sub forum every day to see if there are any red dots, and sometime i think my reply so spam

There is "Subscribe" button under "Thread Tools" tab at the bottom of each topic. You'll receive an email notification each time when somebody leave a reply.
Also, when you first time leave your reply, you automatically subscribe to the topic, unless you have this option disabled in the profile settings: see "User CP" - "Edit Options" - "Default Thread Subscription Mode" - Instant Email notification.

my player report when he incapped and ledge grabbed, release will make he full health revived..this is serious problem

Can you personally reproduce it?
In any case, you can edit plugin by set:

#define DEBUG 1
and see in chat what health values are saved and what values are restored to make further conclusion.
