Um... spectators have green color, but who cares since spectators are not playable ;)

Can clients "trick" their way out of seeing these smoke nades? Like; Does changing max_smokepuffs on client have any effect?
I was thinking of trying to enforce clients' smoke sprites to be sure no one is using clear/no-smoke versions, so I might as well add some color to the smoke when making everyone download sprites anyway.

You can do force_unmodified to make sure the client has the same smokes sprites as the ones on the server.
