SourceMod after updating to the latest version by Admin menu command sm_admin then commands on the players disappeared option to ban player

Check if basebans.smx is still in the plugins folder.

Baseband is in the appropriate directory or plugins sourcebans.smx plugins/basebans.smx was unloaded and moved to plugins/disabled/basebans.smx
