sm_votealltalk is a SourceMod voting command, unrelated to Custom Votes. Calling "!votealltalk" executes that command (and can only be done by admins), it doesn't go through Custom Votes.

Sorry Roachy, there's no way to nest menus with CV.

Support for L4D-style "confirm" votes (using the native voting interface) is in progress. Stay tuned.

Ah, oh well. Probably not top priority, but it would certainly be nice ;]

Please to help a complete noob. I'm trying to use this plugin for all my voting needs, because by god...you should be able to do that with something this awesome...amiright?

So, here's the first part of my confusion:
Quote:
Chat Votes (replaces PlayersVotes, do not use both together without disabling these votes in configs/customvotes/playervotes.vote.cfg):voteban - Vote to ban a player. Type "voteban" in chat.
votekick - Vote to kick a player. Type "votekick" in chat.
votemap - Vote to change the map. Type "votemap" in chat.
votealltalk - Vote to turn alltalk on or off.
what is this chat votes you speak of? When I unzip the zip, i find:
customvotes folder containing:
disabled folder (with basevotes.vote.cfg and funvotes.vote.cfg inside)
core.vote.cfg
playervotes.cfg

Are you sayign there should be like a chatvotes.vote.cfg there instead of playervotes.cfg...or are you referring to the playervotes plugin??

Also...for that "admin" parameter...is there anyway we can use our admin groups as defined in admin_groups.cfg?

I have a hard time remembering who can do what...but I know I want admin group A to be able to call for certain votes, and admin group b not too

To answer your first question, it refers to the Players Votes plugin. As for groups...it doesn't supprot that...yet. You have to use an admin cvar, like sm_ban or sm_vote.

Beta version of CV 0.6 attached. Now uses the (graphical) voting event system for "confirm" style votes when the mod supports it (currently only L4D).

Testing reports appreciated.
