So basically i am looking for a plugin that allows you to move and shoot while you are taunting. I tried removing taunt conditions server side but it doesn't work

I think by default the game allows you to shoot and move anytime you desire.

Dude, there's no taunt in the original cs mod, so you need to specify the mod you're using and if it's at least GoldSrc (half life , cs 1.6, cs:cz).
