How to link avatar from another site ? (I mean link not upload)

On-topic: If you want to use dynamic avatars, it's not (actually) possible IMO, only possible with signature.

An example: Look at this guy, he was changing his "avatar" all the time within a short laps of time, however his signature changes everytime you refresh the page. Also there are some exceptions.

Try to host your pic on a different site, and Go to your Avatar settings and keep the link of your avatar in the instead of uploading. Then Board will download your avatar once as a Custom avatar. Now why do i call 'asherkin' a cheater because, you can see that his avatar is linked,

It's still a good policy to have (not allowing linking) because it prevents broken links. Asherkin knows that his avatar link will never break as long as he pays his host.

It would be a lot harder for the forum software to enforce file size limits and such were the avatars to be hosted off site.
