Why does it matter if you are using an additional module or not? AMXX is a module itself, so you are just telling a different module to execute the code rather than the core module

It would eat only some few extra memory but it's trivial. What is important is the CPU, and if you don't hook/call, the module does nothing. And more generally it will change nothing if all default modules were activated ; you will see no difference. What it can make a difference is what plugins you're using, but module itself, it's a wrong assumption saying it will slow things. At the end, if you want to save CPU, don't run AMXX as it does many things.
So, please stop saying something as truth you don't even know. Again : it doesn't matter how many modules are loaded, all depend how the plugins use them.
