As always, it is a matter of opinion. Both of them have big differences between them, so you will need to try them both and figure out which one YOU like better

And i'm using 6.5 then i wont change it.

for my opinion better use Centos 7 64 bit. i say this cuz i've runned sometime ago more than 10 game servers in a VPS in Centos 7 64 bit.

Since time ago (I've used Cent0S 5 -6 / Debian 6 Wheezy, squeezy ....

Im using from time ago (Ubuntu 12.10 or 12.04) . Approx 1 year
In my opinion, I prefer ubuntu (since have less bugs when you try to install somethings for HLDS or Steamcmd.
I dunno really big differences but atleast for me Precise pangolin, worked for me so good.

I have multiple 1000 FPS servers on a Xeon E3 4/4 3.1Ghz / 16 GB Ram / without problems..

Rest are in your choice
