Parachute works fine on my dedicated windows server with 100 tic. I have the latest metamod and sourcemod installed...but the parachute skin comes up as "error" image instead. I've reinstalled the parachute models and materials as well. Any idea?

most likely you're using fastdownload (specified "downloadurl=" in your server.cfg) - that means that you have to upload the whole materials content to your webspace as well.

Urhmm i'm wondering will this work on left 4 dead.. cause it'll be nice if players gets a parachute when falling..

SM Parachute is written for all mods.
Just test it.

The "model source.zip" is for designers only, if you want to modify the parachute then use this file.

If you want parachute models then use the "SM Parachute Full.zip" file.
Simply unpack the archiv.

I've unpacked the archive and installed the plugin, models are download to client no errors are shown and the plugin works and when someone presses e the gravity is changing but parachute doesn't appear; nothing appeares

Some bad things are cached in sm.
Try a complete reinstall of sourcemod/gameserver. And delete your local model files.
Also try installing the newest snapshot of sourcemod.
