Reply With Quote #1

Hello guys, i need some help from experts admins who use ranking plugins for their servers, actually i got a 20 slots fun/serious server, we giving the priority to performance over all, but some people asked me for rank, honestly i don't care about rank on css, but if it don't touch or lower the server performance i could install it for the comunity , what do you think? and what ranking system do you recommend?

Thank you in advance

Hey mate, if your looking for a light weight ranking system i would reccomend SoD Stats. It runs off a Sqlite database which should be easy on youre servers performance. Check it out here.

Usually you won't need to worry about performance unless you run really many plugins. And most plugins that read or write to a database use threaded queries, so that shouldn't be a problem either.

SourceMod is really fast. Some plugins might be badly optimized though (or not optimized at all), but that has nothing to do with SourceMod itself.
