This plugin provides your SteamID to everyone when you write something in chat. For example:

This should be admin only, because I know normal players hardly care about the STEAMID.

if a players leaves its for some admins hard to get the steamid of the player. without looking in the server logs. if you even have them ofc.

Right, right, I understand that. But I don't see the use for anyone who isn't an admin.

Here you go, this version should be way more updated.
It doesn't block "!" and "/" messages and now it uses Simple Chat Processor.
You will need Simple Chat Processor to run this new version and to compile you will need the scp.inc.
EDIT: It should be fixed now.
