If there are some limits in the downloads table we should hard code that in zr too.

I have 179 lines including the comments, I don't believe that's the problem spunkster21.

My testing showed the upper limit was 330 files, which is very nearly twice what you have, unless you mean you have 179 models.

The 330 limit is files added to the downloads table, comments make no difference.

i get players to reconnect without a single file in the downloads.txt ... how do you explane this ?

Remember that each model you list adds ~5 files. ZR does it automatically so you might not have caught that.


CS:S, does it happen even when there's not a lot of players in the server?

even if one player is on the server ... i usually test alone and it happens yes ... i advice we talk to bailopan about this and stop guessing ... if it works normally with 1.2.4 it's just sm .... nothing else ....

just send a pm to Bailopan as he may reply to you faster ...

BAILOPAN is a busy guy, I don't think he has time to read and reply to all of his PMs.

Your problem is specific to your server. Are you modifying your server in any way? Any plugins beside MM/SM/SM Plugins?

i tried all possibilities ... clean server + only zr and sm 1.3 and mm 1.8 ... it does the same ... are you running all this with no problem ?

Yes. On Ubuntu and Windows 7.


EDIT: Are you using any plugins that use a mysql database? Kyle12's connect issues were caused by sql connection failures.

Yeah I know, I don't use ZR so the 330 I listed was actual material files added to the downloads table.

I questioned the previous post as he stated he has 179 lines and I have no idea if he means 179 models, which could well be near 1,000 materials added to the downloads table, or actually meant 179 materials, which is nearly half what I stated the limit was.
