Can somebody see what is wrong with this csgo plugin module for vip by r1ko (vip_core) please?

I set it to let all the players write !wp and get a 1 time usage at getting a weapon every round.

Everything works fine until the halftime comes, once the team switch happents and the pistol round is over, it sets itself to a random round (example you can only use it only after 13 rounds but you should be able to use it every round) depending on how many rounds you have left or the match has left till it's end, something like this, I couldn't figure it exactly why it sets itself to a random round. Can you help me please?
