If you want to restrict access to admins and donors, I've updated the plugin below.

Napalm Nades

Cvars

sm_napalm_nades_version - Plugin Version
sm_napalm_nades_on (Default 1) - Turns the plugin on and off (1 - on, 0 - off)
sm_napalm_nades_adminonly (Default 1) - Who has permission to use napalm nades (1 - admins only, 0 - everyone)
sm_napalm_nades_selfignite (Default 1) - Can grenade throwers ignite themselves (1 - allow self ignition, 0 - disallow)
sm_napalm_nades_duration (Default 3.0) - How long are players set on fire


Admin Overrides
(/addons/sourcemod/configs/admin_overrides.cfg)

In the above example, only players with the "o" admin flag will be able to use napalm nades. Note that you must have sm_napalm_nades_adminonly 1.


Notes

-Change settings in /cfg/sourcemod/napalm.cfg.
-The fire duration depends on the damage done by the grenade. The less damage a grenade does, the longer the damage victim remains ignited.
