I wouldn't try to use it with a ton a people on the server, usually those are when the server starts to see performance drops due to the SetTransmit happening every frame. Also since the plugin makes a prop using the player's model the client's fps could drop since valve has released higher poly versions of their player models. (I'm working on a fix for the later, using a prop that is on the player's head instead of the entire model) Also looking into other avenues like a custom sprite, however I have yet to find a solution where I wouldn't need SetTransmit (the sprite would be a temporary ent).

I'll look into this, however mind sharing more details mainly looking to corner down where this bug is:
Is it just a random glow standing around not attached to a player?
Is it only you using the command?
If you do !esp and !esp again does it toggle?
Is the esp staying around after the round ends?

Updated plugin to 1.3.6 ChangeLog:
+ Added sm_advanced_esp_model, default 0. Set to 1 to use a halloween facemask instead of the player's model as the glow prop, this should improve FPS on clients (even if they can't see it) I have no way of testing this theory though so if some one could let me know thanks.
+ Added a 0.1 second delay to killing the Glow entity. This should help with the the glows lingering after disabling them (hopefully) it disables the glow before killing it so hopefully the 0.1 second of removing the glow is noticeable.

If the convar sm_advanced_esp_team is set to "0" and this is still occuring than it may be a bug. Please verify this convar: sm_advanced_esp_team "0"

I just tested it, putted that cvar into server.cfg and i only see my team mates.

Hmmm could you try changing the esp colors for each team and post a screenshot? Reason i ask is the default esp color looks like the default csgo spectator glow.
