How Do you change Deathmatch To Team DM

When i started my RP server, i forgot to change it to team deathmatch so their is a combine team and a rebel team. this is HL2DM of course. What is the command that i enter in the ftp that will fix this?

Put this in your server.cfg and restart Server.

mp_teamplay 1 // enables teamplay action rebels vs combines
