i am a cs:s player and you are incorrect that is not debug info but actual info echo'd on death to a player. the stats system is internal but this goes for hit points accumulated and hitzones only.

Are you still planning on using Small to program plugins for your new thing, or do you have another way in mind?

Also, im glad you are coding it from ground up, it should be alot better when you are done.

The scripting capabilities of the next project will be modular. If you don't want to use Small, you will be able to write a wrapper and use any scripting language you want.

I'll say more about this aspect when the times comes, but for now the "test bed" control language is Small, if I have time I'll write embeds for Perl or Python later on.

AMX Mod X is pretty much finished. All development from here on is bug fixes, so it will be maintained.
