How can I download files from websites of addons/sourcemod/configs folder.

Okay. I want to create a plugin which is download a file from my website, for example: "adverts.cfg". I need this, because I want to create a real-time plugin. That's my idea. Or I can do it easily, like a GET from URL which is gives the data back in Array or something like that?
