How is this any different from Advertisements, besides the fact that this one doesn't have a config file?

Advertisements seems infinitely more complex for such a simple task.

I did not know it existed so I created my own, as a server owner I perfer
to keep things simple and know that the code is short and efficient as possible,
going through the code of the other plugin would take a lot of time compared
to mine I guess.

Advertisements is very easy to use. You don't need to modify the code at all, just use the config file.

noodleboy, like I said, the idea is that you can edit it to your needs since it is so simple,
you don't even need to know SourceMod coding, just common sense and copy paste skills

For the most part, when you create a plugin yourself that replicates the functionality of an already existing released plugin, you shouldn't post it here. This will not be approved unless you add some functionality that isn't already in Advertisements.

It's coded well, and would work great on your own servers. But if you're going to post something here, you need to be able to configure it without editing the source directly.
